Yes, you may play Dunk-A-Duck Hangman or any other game on this site for free.
What can members do that others can’t?
Becoming a member of the site allows you to create your own word lists that can be used in Dunk-A-Duck Hangman and any other games on the site.
Is membership on this site free?
Yes, membership is free. We just ask that you abide by our Terms and Conditions.
Can I create my own word lists?
Yes, but you need to sign up as a member in order to create your own word lists. Membership is free.
Are more games going to be added to WordDuck.com?
Yes, we will be creating more games that will use our word lists and the lists created by our members.
I registered to become a member but I never received an email to activate my account so what do I now?
It is possible that a spam filter or a problem with a mail server could have prevented you from receiving your activation email. The best thing to do in this case is give us a call so we can correct the problem immediately at (801)794-0242 or send us an email.
Can my word lists use international characters?
Yes, word lists can contain most of the Latin-based international characters. There are some very minor exceptions which are described in the member area of the site but you should be able to do word lists in Spanish, French, Italian, and German as well as many other languages without any trouble.
Can I put these games on my website?
No. All of the content on this site is the property of The Dimension’s Edge, Inc. and must remain on this site but feel free to link to any of the pages on this site.
Is there a downloadable or CD-ROM version of this game that I can play on my computer?
Not currently. We have not yet decided whether to create a stand-alone version of the game.
How do I link to a page that uses a particular word list?
Just cut and past the link from your browser’s URL address area. Be sure that you include any variables that exist in the address. For example: http://www.wordduck.com/hangman.php?list_id=29
